Copenhagen to Berlin to Prague, any places worth stopping in between?

hello! i will purchasing a Eurail Global Pass for my trip to Europe in June. I will be traveling from Copenhagen to Berlin and then to Prague via train. Are Hamburg or Dresden worth a night or just a few hours during the day in between or none at all. I am trying to save time later for Switzerland and Alsace and Lyon... thoughts?

Dresden is worth one or more nights (or a week ;-) ) and the National Park at the German/Czech border is, too.
