Hi
Does anyone have any info and/or preference for either the Hotel Opera which is near Tivoli Gardens, or The Strand, which is by Nyhaven? We can't decide where to stay. Other options that you like also welcome.

Any budget restrictions?

We stayed at the Marriott, which was in a very convenient location,.

You can get the Marriott with Priceline for a third of the rack rate. We stayed there a couple of years ago and liked it very much. Nice modern and good sized rooms.

We stayed at the Radisson across from Tivoli Gardens. We much preferred the Nyhaven area and will stay there next time. Our hotel was fine, an upscale business hotel, but we didn't care for the location.

On a prior trip we also stayed at the Radisson. Agree with HappyTrvlr above (plus thought the rooms were really small!).

I goofed -- not the Hotel Opera -- we were debating between The Strand near Nyhaven, and The Square near Tivoli Gardens. Anyone have any thoughts between those. We'll also look up the Marriott since that got 2 mentions. Thanks.

We liked the Square and especially enjoyed their breakfast with view but agree with others that the Nyhaven location is preferrable. We stayed there at the Admiral and liked it. Sorry I'm unfamiliar with the Strand. You'll love CPH.
