Cooking tours 3-4 days June 4 in Northern Italy

I am traveling June 4 to Italy with my husband, who loves architecture and my 13-year-old daughter, who loves swimming and gelato. I want to find a cooking tour for 3-4 days starting June 4 or June 5. Do people have any recommendations?

We need to know city. Florence has some very good classes.

I agree knowing where you'll be would help, but I have had two fantastic experiences in two different parts of Northern Italy.

ViaVai is a bed and breakfast where the owner Francesca does fantastic food and cooking classes. We stayed with her for three days a few years ago and it was one of the best experiences of my life. She has a pool, and lives in a small town outside of Turin, but she provided wonderful experiences in Turin as well. If you were to contact her and tell her what you would like, she would tailor an experience for you.

I also enjoyed the Italian Food Days tour that leaves from Bologna...which isn't a cooking class per se, but is a gastronomical delight and a full day of amazing food experiences.

Hope you find what you are looking for!

I am open to classes in Florence and read that Bluone is very good. I am also interested in Northern Italy. I contacted ViaVai. On tripadvisor they were booked for my dates but I have also emailed in hopes they have accommodations and classes. Thank you for the suggestions. If anyone has other ideas, I appreciate reading them.

I can highly recommend Bluone. They will customize a tour IF not already booked.

We saw several ads for cooking classes in Florence (are there right now). I told my wife I can't understand going to a cooking class when in holiday and she said I was again my intolerant moron.
