Cooking schools in Florence

Does anyone know of a cooking school in Florence that offers short, half-day lessons? Thanks.

I would love an answer to this question also...something in Florence, 1/2 would be wonderful!

I did find one in Montepulciano that looks good...Palazzo Bandino has a http://www.initaly.com/info/lesson/lesson.htm

Please let me know if you find anything.

Thanks,

Have a look at the website, tuscanholidayconsultants.com for cooking in and around Florence. There is also other valuable information and services for travellers.

Faith Willinger is a very respected teacher and author of several books on Italian food. She holds classes in her apartment most Wednesdays. I do not know how long they are but you can check her site:

Again I will recommend Faith Willinger, who has a new book out on eating in Italy.
