cooking school in Florence
Has anyone used Divina Cucina as a cooking school in Florence? We are considering using Judy for a family cooking day! thanks!

I haven't actually attended her class but was invited to her apartment at the end of one of her classes for some wine and desert due to another mesage board connection. I can tell you that she is a fantastic person with a very outgoing and fun personality. The 3 people she had spent the day with in her class raved about the experience. Not only do you get a cooking class, but she takes you to the Central Market to buy ingredients which is a trip in itself. All the vendors know and love her. Then she takes you wine shopping to match wines with your different courses. I know you will have a wonderful, fun and authentic day-she's a gem!

colleenk-How lovely of you to respond. I have read her reviews which all sound great. But it is always reassuring to get another first hand comment. We will be taking a family class from her, so personality is SO important! I am sure it will be great!

Ira-The Slowtrav description looks great and right up our alley. My teenage daughter has been making her own risotto concoctions for a year and my husband's dream has been cooking school. Her personality seems well suited for our clan. She will be another great introduction to Florence for us!
