Cooking School

We are going to Paris in December and I am interested in taking a cooking class. I have read about Le Cordon Bleu! Are their any others? I am interested in 2-3 hour class. Please recommend one for fun since I love to entertain and own a catering company.

I have a great web site called the Shaws Guide to Nonvocational Cooking Classes bookmarked as one of my favorites. Since I don't know how to hyperlink it to you via this server, you would have to e-mail me directly so I can send it to you.
Have at least a dozen offerings from Paris!
Ellen

There is or was a program in Paris called the Varenne school of cooking and the chef was very well respected and actually an American from Oregon-it was supposed to be a really good program. I can't seem to find any info on it-but you might keep your eyes open for it

I believe Ritz Escoffier also has a
class like that (one day). It was a
while ago, but they used to have a WEB
site that should be easily findable
with a search engine -- the address
was fairly obvious as I recall
(something like www.escoffier.fr or .com)
