COOKING IN PROVENCE?
 
Does anyone know of a vegetarian cooking class near Aix-en-Provence? We will be in the area from 18-22 September.

Check out The International Kitchen. They do have classes in Provence, and may offer what you're looking for

www.cuisinedeprovence.com offers half day hands on cooking classes preparing vegetarian (but not vegan!)Provence specialities. We took Barbara's class 2 years ago and enjoyed it very much.
