Hello,
Has anyone every taken any cooking classes in Tuscany? Ideally around Cortona?

Not near Cortona but closer to Siena just about two weeks ago. http://www.eccolacucina.com/ It was excellent!

Silvia at Il Falconiere just outside of Cortona used to offer cooking classes.

I don't know an actual person, but there is a company called yourtuscany.com that organizes vacation rentals in the region, and they also book cooking lessons and wine tastings. A friend of mine who's a chef stayed in one of their villas last summer and arranged cooking lessons just for fun and HIGHLY recommended them, so they must have good contacts. Worth a shot! And they speak English.
