Cooking classes in Tuscany

I'm interested in recommendations for 2-3 day cooking classes in the Tuscany region. I'm a good cook so it should be more than a basic cooking class, but doesn't need to be Cordon Bleu. Something mid-price range would be ideal.

I used theinternationalkitchen.com they do have all levels and they go to markets and handle tours great. They can do as few as two people or larger groups. Might check it out. I was pleased. Mine was in the south of france.

Go to the SlowTrav website at www.SlowTrav.com.

They have classified ads for cooking classes of ALL types. The specific website URL for the cooking class ads is:

My friends have a great cooking school outside of Florence. I do some work (freelance writing )with their company, but I am not involved with the cooking school. I know the people involved, and they are great.

If you contact them, feel free to say that Debbie suggested you give them a try. Really nice people in a very nice place.

I have read great things about cooking classes run by an American woman in Florence. http://www.divinacucina.com/
