Cooking Classes in Istanbul?

My husband and I are headed to Turkey in mid-February. I was researching the possibility of taking a cooking class and came across Cooking Alaturka (http://www.cookingalaturka.com). This looks like great fun. I was just curious if anyone has taken a class at Cooking Alaturka and, if so, your experience?

Thanks!

I know some people who did this but did not get any feed back really. If the dutch lady is still on board it has to be still good.
Happy travelling,
Murat

Oh my God that looks fantastic! What a great experience that would be. I have no immediate plans for Turkey but if I did I would love to take that cooking class. The menu looks wonderful.

Murat, thanks for your response. It looks like she is still on board, and I've read enough about her to know that her cooking is supposed to be really good.

travelme, it does look fantastic, doesn't it? I have never taken a cooking class but like Turkish cuisine. Usually cooking classes have menus full of things I don't like (I'm rather picky, unfortunately, and I don't eat seafood) but the three sample menus look really, really good. I think I'm going to go for it.
