Cooking Classes

I've seen many websites regarding cooking classes in Istanbul. If you have any experiences or recommendations with them, I would appreciate learning them.

Thank you!

We did a 1 day class at the Hotel Sarnic a couple of years ago. Actually I guess it was more like 1/2 a day, with lunch following. It was a hands on class and lots of fun - food was great!

Cheese, I'll be in Istanbul probably 3 or 4 full days begining May 15. If you're starting your trip in Istanbul, maybe we can do the same cooking class.

Sarnic and Ciya Sofrasi at the Asian side are the known ones in Istanbul.
Alternatively for those who are interested in wine and culinary trips including Cappadocia, I am happy to send necessary documentation.
Happy Cooking and Bon a petite,
Murat
