If you can get your hands on a copy of October's issue of Food and Wine..there are numerous places mentioned! If not, e-mail me directly and I'll be happy to forward some to you!

Please forgive me everyone! I did not intend to do omit sharing the information, as I was rushing to work this morning and could not type in the numerous cooking classes offered in this issue. Now that I look at it, there are numerous classes offered, but only one in Rome.

www.italiangourmet.com

Other cooking classes/operators for various parts of Italy listed in this issue are:

www.italina-cookery-weeks.co.uk
www.marybethclark.com
www.cuisineinternational.com
www.bugialli.com
www.epiculinary.com
www.cucinare.com
www.viatraveldesign.com

Good luck.
