Cooking class in Porto
 
I'm looking for a cooking class in Porto, or a day tour that includes a cooking class. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with any particular companies.

From what I've heard, there are cooking classes in Porto offered by chef Rui Paula, one of the best chefs in Portugal (Restaurante DOC in the Douro and Restaurante DOP in Porto), but they might be one the expensive side and require a few days then you have allotted.
