I'm going to be in Paris in November with a friend and we would love to take a cooking class..any suggestions
Thanks Deb |
Check out Patricia Wells's web site; she offers classes. Most others are in French, but sometimes translators are on hand to help.

My wife has taken a few half-day classes at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She was generally positive about it.

We did a cooking lesson on our honeymoon with Frances Muener. She does have a website, try to google her name. they were great, and she speaks a bit of English.

The above is for "French for a Day" - it is a combination shopping/cooking day; you help chop, watch the cooking and eat. If you go to www.bonjourparis.com, put in "French for a Day" in the search box, there are two articles about the experience. |
I just remembered, after browsing through my wife's cooking trips photos, she also enjoyed her classes with Frances Menuier (sp?) - mentioned by jamikins in an earlier post.
