Cooking class in Paris
 

Hi,
My husband and I will be in Paris the last week in April and we would like to take a cooking class. We are interested in someone that would prepare an entire meal so we could take the recipes and the knowledge and replicate it at home. Does anyone know of someone that provides that service?

Take a look at Cookin With Class. We did a half day class with them for macarons, but I know they had full day classes where they went to the markets and then prepared a full meal. We were very pleased with them and the instruction.

For the serious with time, check Ferrandi in the 6th arrondissement. They have short courses in English.
