Cooking class in Italy
I am looking for a 2-3 week cooking class in Italy. Location comes #1.Anyone out there done one in ITALY?

My daughter did a great one in Siena. Let me know if you would be interested in that location and I'll get the info from her (I can vouch for it being fantastic!)

Hi lb,
http://www.divinacucina.com/ in Florence has gotten very good reviews. Also, take your question to www.slowtalk.com. ((I)) |
PS,
>Location comes #1.< Where would you like it to be? :) ((I)) |
My brother-in-law and his wife took a cooking class south of Rome last month, and really enjoyed it. Check out www.arthurschwartz.com/seliano/index.
html or www.thefoodmaven.com for details. Class was only for a week, but you might combine this with another class in another region of the country. |
I have access to one very south Calabria. You live there and it is supposed to be heaven. On your own with cooking classes in the afternoons or mornings every other day for 2 weeks, I think.
This one is a relative of my good friend's neighbor, but people I have known. They have all been 2 times and vouche for its perfection. It is NOT a tourist area and you are also close to the coast and views to the islands. I do not have the flyer and info here- but will post it later from home. |
I can't find my former thread but I did find the other one I just put to the top. Use the search function and you may find more.
