Cookery school and market tour in Nice

I just wanted to recommend Les Petits Farcis cookery school in Nice; we had a very enjoyable day, shopping in the market, cooking in Rosa Jackson's Vieux Nice apartment. I can still taste that Menton Lemon tart.

I am looking at signing up for one of Rosa Jackson's classes for my upcoming trip in March. Did you do the class with the afternoon gourment walk? If not, did you wish you did, or was the morning walk and cooking class enough? I assume you felt is was worth the money?

We did a morning walk, through the market, then went to her apartment to cook, had lunch. Afterwards, we walked to an olive oil shop, and she pointed out some other places where she would buy food etc. Can't remember exactly how much it was, but it was expensive. I enjoyed it very much though.
