You will have to claim your baggage and go through customs as well as immigration security. Then you will check in with easyJet, which does not do inter-line luggage exchanges with other airlines. That will include another security check. easyJet will let you book and pay for your checked luggage in advance (for a fee), and register your check-in on-line too, which is cheaper than at the airport. Its "flexi" fare also allows advance seat selection although I have not tried it so don't know if you can print your boarding pass in advance. Flexi costs more, which is the way budget airlines work. But it may speed things up at the easyJet gate.
You should have enough time to be comfortable. easyJet is very efficient.
