Connection flight in Napoli/Naples
 

I just wanted to ask if anyone has the experience with Napoli/Naples airport and can help me with this.
I have a connection flight in Napoli/Naples airport coming from the UK then changing flight then going to Sharm Elsheikh Egypt.
Will only be having Cabin Baggage
Do I have to pass through passport control to change flight? or I do the transfer directly within a transit area?
In other words, Do I need to have a Schengen visa to be able to do that transfer?

You should be able to do the flight change without coming out of airside, staying in the flight transit area (follow the signs) so technically you won't need a visa as you're not "entering" Italy.
