How accessible are condoms in most European countries? Sometimes a girl forgets and you know how forgetful men are. Going to Europe for two weeks of hiking.

Jane, they are everywhere. You know in a U.S. grocery store check-out line they have candy bars for sale? In Italy they have condoms.

Jane, they are in every men's restroom -- I wouldn't be surprised if they are also available in women's restrooms but no first hand experience there! Sounds like it might be a fun trip.

When I was in Cannes they actually had condom machines on the street corners. In Paris I saw them in the ladies rooms so they may also have them in the mens rooms too

Boy, like packing a dozen or so would take up a lot of packing space or cause your luggage to go over the weight limit. Let me guess - you're a Valley Girl.

In many public restrooms, the men & women share the same common entrance. In this case, the condom vending machine is in this common area.

Be warned, they're much larger than American condoms...

Beware of the quality!! American made are much better. Just ask my friend who got pregnant while using German made condoms!

Yeah right, US made condoms rule. Don't be ridiculous. People get pregnant all over the world because of failed condoms. Get a grip, just because they're American, doesn't make them better.

Damn!<BR><BR>somebody got the European condoms are bigger gag in before me.<BR><BR>apparently during WWII the soviets asked the americans if they could send over a shipment of condoms for their troups. the americans had a batch of ridiculously over sized condoms made up, and shipped them out with "US ARMY STANDARD ISSUE" stamped on the boxes.
