Delta's Sky miles program can accrue significant milage but I had an experience with a car rental a few months ago in which I still have not received credit. I have contacted the customer care division several times and have received no significant attempt to try to credit my account. I enjoy flying delta but it would be better if they had better customer service.

I have booked with concorde several months back. they do have a toll free US number. Their corporate offices are in Paris, so if problems arise you will be directed to contact Paris, which for people in other countries understandably is not all that convenient. Their Paris office also seems to have no e-mail.
Cathy

Delta's stock fell substantially yesterday along with the other major airlines. In the paper today it said fares may drop significantly in upcoming weeks. Good for all of us, bad for the airlines. I do hope they also make some changes with their freuqent flier program as well, which many of the above people have mentioned.

I am in agreement that Delta if they want your business should give you the credit. The problem is they get paid by concorde for the mileage. Although they (delta) would be wise to give you the credit, you should contact concorde because they do no need to give delta the credit if they are a delta partner.
Wil

Have similiar problem with Concorde Hotels not willing to submit my stay to Delta. I have contacted their offices in Canada,New York and Paris several times, and everyone tells me it will be taken care of. This has been going on for four months. Concorde Hotels has some very nice places to stay. However as previous reviews have stated their customer service is awful and if you should have any problems with your stay you have absolutely no recourse.

I have had difficulties with Concorde in terms of getting in touch with people who can answer general questions. If you dial the 800 number from the US it now forwards your call to the Canadian office, where their help is not very knowledgeable. The call no longer goes into their NYC office, although I must admit I never found their NYC office of much assistance. You can call the individual hotels worldwide, it just costs more doing that and at some of their hotels, you may not get all of your questions answered, in addition to having problems communicating with their non-english speaking reps. It is ashame Concorde does not have better service in the US/Canada area because their hotels are great to stay at.
