Como or Bellagio?

For three nights on Lake Como, would you make Como or Bellagio your base?

Definitely Bellagio. It's a beautiful town and more centrally located to the sites you're likely to visit.

Bellagio - - though it is by no means your only two choices. Enjoyed Menaggio, just 5 minutes by ferry away - - and many people think highly of Varenna here. All are a little bit less expensive (or less booked up) than Bellagio.

Best wishes,

Rex
The question is not Como versus Bellagio. It is Bellagio versus Varenna or Mennagio. You want the central Lake.
