Okay I agree it was not a smart idea. I'll be sure to print this and show the person whose idea this was.

Janet... good luck with your trip. I think you might need it! :)

C'mon,
This is a joke, right?

I must say, this begs the question: Do you have any "real" travel issues we could help you with?

Does anyone know what the current price for the Carte Orange 1 week pass is right now? Can it be purchased at Charles De Gaul airport before I head into the city?

A quick search here brought up this recent thread.

Thanks Adrienne. That thread had some good information. It sounds like it will be 50-50 about the Carte Orange the last week of October when I will be in Paris.

Does anyone know if you need a photo ID (carte orange?) with the "new" Navigo Decouvert? Is the price of the new Navigo the same as the old carte?
Should I totally stay away from the Paris Visite pass?

adrienne Sep 27th, 2008 07:58 PM

Yes...stay away from the Paris Visite pass. Here's another thread on the Decouverte that will answer all your questions. BTW there's a search box directly above this box with all these questions already asked and answered. Searching is the quickest way to get your answers, especially for Paris questions.
