Coloseum B & B feedback

We're planning on being in Rome the first days of June. Has anyone stayed at the 58 Le Real de Luxe? Would love some feedback since I haven't found any reviews on it. Found it on bedandbreakfast.com.

Use the 'search' box, putting in < 58 Le Real de Luxe > and you'll find many (negative) reviews.

I second TuckH and probably anyone who follows this board: Avoid the place! It changes its name every few months, writes all its own (glowing) reviews on tripadvisor, and indulges in other false marketing.

Thanks Eloise & Tuck H. I almost made a big mistake. I'll look elsewhere.

If you want to start your Rome visit with ourdoor walking, how about walking through Foro Romano, Palatino and Colosseo (Combined Palatino and Colosseo ticket costs 10 euro, Foro Romano is free)? Since you show strong interest in Ostia Antica, these places should also be interesting. And/or, you could walk Appia Antica. These places canbe reached from any Rome hotel very easily.

To reach Ostia by public transportation from Rome is simple (subway and train combination), quick (train runs every 15 minutes and takes about 30 min), and cheap (4 euro RT). So you could do it anyday when it is not raining (this is the most important factor.)

Put 58 via Cavour in the search box and you will find all the previous posts and names of this B&B.
