Collection of Roma Pass

Hi all,

I am arriving in Rome on 31st Dec (New Year's Eve). I am collecting my pass at Termini Station.

Can anyone direct me to the collection counter? Also, are the shops and resturants in operation on that day or are they closed in celebration of New Year's Eve?

Did you purchase online and have to select a collection point? If not, I would suggest getting it in the airport as it's much less crowded. The Commune di Roma desk is to the left after you leave baggage claim. Keep walking down the hallway until the end of the shops and it will be on the right.

Yes, I did book it online. However, my plane arrives in the wee hours of the morning and the counter at the airport only opens at 9am.

Any one can help with getting the pass at the Termini Station. Where exactly is the place to collect the Roma Pass?

Really appreciate it.

I actually looked for it a few weeks ago when I was in Rome, but didn't see it. Here's what the website says:

Termini was a zoo and I had trouble locating the office where the passes were sold/picked up. There are some signs (although not well-posted) directing you to that office. It's where the trains are (where you actually get on/off) and not where the train tickets are sold.

Hope that helps. Also, hopefully they moved the office to a better location. If you can't find it, just ask one of the officials to direct you.
