Colaweiss?
 
Does anyone know of a drink Colaweiss? I beleive it is Cola and wine mixed? What type of wine and in what proportions? I know most people will tell me to throw away the Cola and drink the Wine!! But I told a buddy I would try to find this for him.<BR>Gary

colawiess is half coke half white wine. just normal house wine is used. they also have colarot which is half coke and half red wine. if you like the idea of mixing wine with soft drinks, you could also try white wine with dry ginger ale or white wine with soda. all austrian versions of wine mixes. all are equal parts wine to soft drink. you can mix the ratios if you prefer it stronger or weaker.

Yes, you can put cola in just about anything, and some Germans do...but that does not make it drinkable!! The current fad in Germany is Colabier. Yes, cola and beer. They also drink cola and cognac. But IMHO they are all a waste of good alcohol and good cola. Some things are best drunk in separate glasses....<BR><BR>Judy, no longer in Germany
