Coach to Oxford: Oxford Tube or Oxford Express, which would you choose?

Please help me choose. Please tell me of any good or bad experiences on either the Oxford Tube of the Oxford Express to and from London (Victoria and other pick-up points). Also, how did you decide which to take?

I think the Oxford Tube is a double-decker and the Oxford Express is single-level -- am I right?

Thanks, all, for your help.

six of one - half a dozen of the other. They are both direct coach service from central London to Oxford.

They don't follow quite the same route, so the real question is where in London you want to be.

BUT if price alone matters, they're both wrong. You want www.megabus.com The Ryanair of buses, but they actually go from where they say they go from.

Patrick:
I checked out Mega Bus and you're right the prices are great, 8.00 round trip for the two of us. Now...since I looked at the map for something that looked familiar on the map and didn't see it..can you advise where the best place would be to get dropped off to see the colleges, etc. Thanks!
