Cna anybody help me with British Ari luggage rules?

My son is flying British Air from Toronto, Canada to London to Berlin. He's part of a tour and I do not know the exact flight numbers and stuff. I went to the BA web site to try to figure out the luggage restrictions and on this page I have no idea which category he falls into:

He can not pack very lightly because he has to bring performance clothes etc.

Thanks for any advice.

I think the rules in baggage weight is anywhere from 50 to 70 pounds.

I just CAN NOT type anymore. Cripe. Sorry.

I read both the requirements and I think it is 50 pounds max to be on the safe side.

Since your son will be connecting from/to international (US) the 70 lbs limit applies. I know it's somewhat confusing because within Europe limit is 50 lbs., but that only applies when one is starting and ending their trip within Europe.

OTOH, why would your son need to carry 70 lbs. of anything?

If you can get the British Airways file locator, you can pull up his reservation on BA.COM. On his reservation you will see exactly what the luggage restrictions are for each leg of his trip for the class of service he is flying.
