closest hotel to Lisbon airport
 

We have a 7 am flight out of Lisbon so would like to stay as close to the airport our last night as possible. would consider anything under $200/night. your advice would be most welcome. thanks

Maybe someone will come up with something..but as I remember when I was looking for the same thing after our stay on the Algarve and came to the conclusion that most spots in the city were just as good as there was nothing really right at the airport.

The airport is really quite close to downtown, which may explain why the airport website doesn't bother to list hotels. However, if you use google maps and ask for hotels near the airport you will find a couple. Personally, I'd stay downtown and take a taxi.

There is a Tryp Wyndham hotel that recently opened, it's a stone's throw from the airport so I believe it's the closest. Be careful when making reservations because there's another Tryp not too far away at Parque das Nações.

Having said that, I agree that it's just a quick ride from the center of Lisbon to the airport, especially at a very early hour as yours.

Quite frankly, if you are staying in central Lisbon, then very few hotels are more than 20 minutes from the airport.

In case you were not aware, there is a hotel just a stroll from the departure area at the Lisbon airport. It is the newly opened TRYP Hotel. I found it on Trip Advisor and I booked it for the night before we fly out
as we will be taking a bus up to Lisbon from the Algarve the day before we depart.
