Climate in Rome

Can anyone tell me what the climate is like in Rome in late July? I've been told the temperature often reaches 100F. Is this true? Thanks.

It is quite hot - between 90-100 degrees. It took a bit of getting used to but it wasn't awful, its a dry heat so it is much more comfortable than if it were a humid heat.

Rome weather in Summer depends upon your persepctive.

If you're from Minnesota or Wisconsin where you get about three days of Summer, then you'll have a problem.

If you live in Texas, as I do, then those temperatures pass for a cold front in August;~))

US
