danfang - I think Viatour is a booking agent/reseller of Italy Segway Tours which has a better change/cancel policy (3 days).

The FR5 is the train from the port to Termini. It has several stops on it's route. Ostiense is a train station that is linked with the Piramide metro station.
You can download a train and bus map from the following link...
http://www.atac.roma.it/index.asp?p=...&o=0&a=4&tpg=8
You'll want the metro and regional railways map, the Rome city map and the Rome center map

Go to my website...

That link takes you straight to the "library" section. Click on the "Maps" category and you can download the maps from there. You have to use the Rome City to see the Ostiense station, as it is south of the boundary for Rome Center. Just follow the blue "B" line south of the Colosseum. You'll see Piramide and Ostiense.

Here's the ATAC website in English.

And this map shows the routes/stops/lines better. You want the FR5.

I took daveesl advice from May 20th and it worked beautifully. We had a wonderful time. I can't say enough about our guide Marcello. He gave us very good instructions and was very patient with us during our training session on the segway. We were able to maneuver our segways in a matter of minutes and off we went. We became the center of attention everywhere we went, people wanted to know how they could take a tour using the segways. We saw so much in the three hours of our tour. Unfortunately we had a very limited amount of time in Rome. When we return we know what we would like to take time and really see. That’s one of the joys and disadvantages of cruises. Cruising has exposed us to places that we have later returned to as a land vacation and enjoyed. I would recommend segway tours to anyone who would like to try something different and see a lot in a short amount of time. The next day we did a segway tour in Florence, by then we were pros. We received the same response from people who saw us in Florence as we did in Rome. We had fun! In Rome we recommend Florence Segway Tours and our wonderful guide Marcello. In Florence our guide was good but Marcello was the best.
