Civil wedding ceremony in Sardinia

We are thinking of getting married in Sardinia when we visit in September either Palau in the north or Pula in the south. Anyone done this or know what the town halls are like?

We did it Puglia a couple of years back. Fair bit of paper but the important bit is the booking of the place of marriage. I wrote it up a bit so follow my name back. If you are money rich and time poor there are people who will do it all for you.

Puglia town hall was ok ish.

I assume Sardinia is the same.

The one in Pula appears to be very plain and modern:

likewise Palau

(It is very common for couples to do what George and Amal Clooney did, which is to have a ceremony in a picturesque place and then go to the town hall within a few days and have a brief meeting with town officials, who read the marriage law aloud and you sign papers.)

Been to both but had no need to visit the town hall in either.

Palau isn't a spectacular place and its main function is as a ferry port to service the La Maddalena islands.

Pula is a much smaller town its fairly local but does have a tourist scene.

I am fairly sure that the town hall on La Maddalena is on the main square, is on old building and has a good setting. It may be worth investigating.

Have you contacted one of the many four star hotels on the NE coast for advice?

The problem with Sardinia is that much of the development is relatively new.

For a stunning setting you could look at Sicily, Ragusa Ibla is a stunning town and I do remember the town hall being of epic proportions.

A facility director is like the man behind the layer at the wedding reception. Because he often performs for the support, he is your go-to people should anything go wrong while you're experiencing your party. Be sure to get a record of his obligations and validate his presence at your marriage before you indication the agreement. If the support itself will pay him, you should not have to pay additional for this support. So that is why I can suggest you that you should consult with the venue provider. See the link here you can find the wedding venue provider:
