Cinque Terre vs Amalfi coast
 

Plan to spend a week in Tuscany and a week on the coast. We are not great athletes but love to walk and explore. Which area is best?

When? I would not go to the CT in certain times of the year.

We are going late march into april

The Cinque Terre are in Liguria adjacent to Tuscany so closer. But that time of year I'd go south to the Amalfi coast for warmer weather. They are very different destinations, so you might want to read up on them -- to help you make a decision.
