Cinque Terre - B&Bs?

I'm heading to Cinque Terra from Corsica in mid May, female on my own. Can anyone recommend some nice B&B's in any of the villages of the Cinque Terra or La Spezia? Is it easy to get around speaking English? Thanks, Rosemarie
