Greetings from Venice! Having a great time in Italy. We"ve lucked out with the weather, it has been beautiful everyday. Not one drop of rain. Francesco and I went to Portofino for a day, and it was spectacular. We spent Easter weekend in Assisi, a few things happened but I"ll have to explain that another time. I met my friends here in Venice and I also met Holly. We"ve bummed around and had fun. Had a great dinner last night. Hi Monica! Tonight we"re all going to San Troviso. Its not as easy to use this keyboard. Well, there is much shopping to do. Arrivederci!!<BR><BR>Dawn

Buon Giorno,<BR><BR>Just checking in before we leave for Florence. MOnica, I have the name of the restuarant in my bag in the bag deposit. I,ll let you know later. We all ate dinner at San Travaso last night and it was very good. Another day of incredible weather. Francesco is meeting us in Florence, and tommorrow we,re on to Greve to drink some wine. Hi Dawn,<BR>You don't know me, but you peaked my interest with your mention of the Bronx Zoo. I am booked to visit Italy (for the first time) the end of May for 13 glorious days. Our itinerary includes Rome, Florence and 6 days in Tuscany. But before I go, I have to make my yearly spring trip to the Zoo. I'm originally from the Bronx, now live north of the City, but am a member of Wildlife Fund and get down there a few times a year. Hope the rest of your trip is as good as the beginning sounded. <BR><BR>Lois
