Christmas week in Poland - help please!
Hi all,
I'll be with my family (2 kids, ages 10 and 7) and my in laws splitting time between Krakow and Warsaw the last week of December (21-29). My husband and I have been to Poland years ago, but this is a "bucket list" trip for his mother. It looks like the Christmas markets are open on 25 and 26 December in both cities, but it seems like there is more open on 25 December in Krakow vs. Warsaw. Can anyone recommend where to spend 24 December and 25 December, based on your experiences. I've done some googling put together a sample itinerary below (spending Christmas in Warsaw), but totally open to suggestions! Also, I assume there is reduced train travel during 24-26 December...would we be able to take a train on 24 December between the 2 cities? Hello! I'm still looking for help on this topic, specifically around train travel. Are there specific sites I should be looking at to book train travel between Krakow and Warsaw for 24 Dec? I'm based in the US and am having a hard time trying to book via the PKP intercity site.

Thank you! I saw that earlier. However, I wasn't sure why I wouldn't be able to book the 10:07 train, since that looks like it's open for booking, but I can't click on it. I'm definitely nervous about getting all 6 of us on a train and have 24 Nov set as a reminder to look at train availability once the others open for booking.

Intercity.pl is closed for technical reasons on a regular basis.
