So it seems like the general consensus is that the 25 euro chocolate walking tour is worth it.

However, the dates that my family is visiting Paris the tour is not available. The only way would be to book a private tour. We only have 4 people, which would make the tour about 55 euros per person. Still cheaper than other places that are offering private tours.

Any input? Worth it still? Or would I be much better off walking around ourselves? My mom loves chocolates but is a bit frugal. Convincing her to buy chocolates on the spot to try out would be harder to do than just not telling her how much the tour costs and seeing her happily getting "free" samples...

Any other tour suggestions? Thanks!
