Chocolate festival in Bruges

Just wanted to let you all know about a Chocolate festival in Bruges this month. Choc'in Brugge runs from 6 November - 8 December 2011. The website is in 4 languages, including English.

Meanwhile, there is also a trade fair on chocolate for professionals, Choco-Laté, running at approximately the same time (11 - 13 November 2011), also in Bruges:

And just to add to that, there is the chocolate museum:

Thanks Lavandula (on behalf of professional chocolate eaters and born-again Belgophiles).

Hmmm...during our years in Belgium every day felt like a chocolate festival! And the same goes now for living in Switzerland. In both places, you have to go out of your way not to have great chocolate at your disposal. Still, the festival could be fun.

However, I have to caution that people standing in long lines for chocolate can get awfully cranky -- as I learned first-hand at a chocolate festival in Portland, OR.
