chocolate factory tours

Has anyone been to the Droste factory? Can you take tours? Are there any chocolate factorys that are open for tours? Thanks.

There's a scaled-down Lindt factory at the Schokoladenmuseum in Köln. All the processing machinery is there in miniature (but it still takes up about three floors), and it outputs about one small wrapped piece per second.

We just drove by the Ritter Sport factory today; it's in the small town of Waldenbuch between Stuttgart and Tuebingen. I'm not sure if you can actually tour the factory but there is an exhibition about chocolate-making and you can get a great deal on "imperfect" chocolate at the factory store.

Sorry, should have been clearer. We will be in Amsterdam and we're interested in Dutch chocolate, and maybe touring a factory on a day trip out of the city.
Thanks

As far as I know Droste doesnot give tours and doesnot have a factory in Amsterdam. Used to have one in haarlem, that is closed and now only somewhere in the east of The Netherlands.
Sometime in 2007 a chocolate museum will open in Amsterdam not too far from Centraal Station.
