Chicago and Bombay Dream

Has anyone seen Chicago in London? What do you think? I am also wondering if I need to purchase tickets ahead of time if I want to catch Andrew Lloyd Webber's new musical Bombay Dream. Thanks.

We saw Chicago 2 years ago in London, it's a fun show, I think you will enjoy it. It's been running a long time and seems to be doing well. There are so many good shows that you can't go wrong really (we go every year and see about 5). I'm interested in Bombay Dreams myself, but am waiting for the reviews until I commit myself for tickets for our next trip. If you have not seem Mamma Mia you will probably enjoy it, it's a real "feel good" show. We also saw Kiss Me Kate which was really good too. The Full Monty is cute (not great, but an OK evening out) as well.

Also, the production of My Fair Lady currently in London is fantastic .. forgot to mention that. You cannot go wrong with that one.

Thanks. I am planning on seeing My Fair Lady already and I've seen Mamma Mia. I've seen Chicago on Broadway but I am interested in the UK cast. I'll see if I can squeeze Bombay Dreams into my itinerary. Thanks for your help Lori.

According to the BBC, the premiere was a huge success, but tickets are available for shows next week:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/ent...00/2053167.stm
