I believe the thread Marian was referring to was the WTC attack thread, not Bar-r-r-r-y's home run. One event mattered, one did not.

If you want to have a reason to go to the wild'n'wooly US board, the "Do you know the way..." thread is just wonderful -- a breath of fresh air unless they've removed it for some reason.
