Cheap Hotel in Copenhagen
I will be flying into Copenhagen midweek, arriving around 7 am. We will spend the day walking around the city, but will possibly want a hotel for the night, before taking our 4 1/2 hour train to Hamburg the next morning.
Are there any hotels that might be under $100/night? Or is there a good tourist office in the train station/airport that would know? Otherwise, we'll just hop onto the afternoon train to Hamburg, without staying overnight. T. |
I forgot to mention (it's me and my husband), we'd prefer a private bathroom.

I've not been to Copenhagen but have considered it. You may want to look into the CabINN chains. It seems like budget options can be somewhat limited and Copenhagen is a pretty expensive place to visit from what I've heard.

I stayed in the CabInn last summer, it was just under $100 and perfectly fine. In fact I stayed 6 nights, so for one it would be fine. Very close to the train station and Tivoli, walkable to everything else too.

Maybe it is the cheapest. It's about $115/night without breakfast. Aargh. It seems Europe in general has gotten a lot more expensive since the last time I was there (~7 years ago).
