Cheap Flight Budapest to Paris

I am ending a river cruise in Budapest and would like to extend my trip by a few days and go to Paris. What are my options for a low cost flight from Budapest to Paris?

Look at what Malev is charging, and also look at these options here:

Skyeurope from Budapest to Orly is the cheapest we found.

I appreciate the replies to my question.
Has anyone flown on SkyEurope? When I looked on whichbudget.com, Air Berlin and Condor were listed as having routes from Budapest to Berlin, but I tried to try to see the schedules for these airlines and saw no Budapest to Paris route.
Would love first hand opinion about SkyEurope as it is a new airline.

It's not that new, since we flew on it two years ago with no problem.

Air Berlin does not have their summer plan at this stage. I have emailed them about same flight but in reverse. Keep watching their website but I too found Skyeurope does that route and seems to be a very cheap fare.

Oops!
I meant the Budapest to Paris route!
We had thought about going to Berlin, but decided on Paris.

Stormbird,
I cannot find the email address for Air Berlin. Can you please give it to me.
Thanks

Do you want an email address, or a web site? The web site is here:

Sky Europe were early amongst no frills lines based in new EU countries, perhaps even the first, so they are experienced. They leave Stanstead at 1000 or 2030, and reach Budapest at 1215 or 2240.

Sorry: wrong direction. According to date leave Bratislava 0650, 1045 or 1700, and arrive Stanstead 0810, 1205, or 1900. With trains, thus

Budapest Keleti station 0550, restaurant car train at 25 euros, Bratislava main station 0822, bus number 61, fly 1045, arrive Stanstead 1205, arrive Liverpool Street station about 1330

Budapest Keleti station 0950, restaurant car train at 25 euros, Bratislava main station 1222, bus number 61, fly 1700, arrive Stanstead 1900, arrive Liverpool Street station about 2030

Budapest Keleti station 1945 seat at 25 euros, Bratislava main station 2320, bus number 61, night at the airport, fly 0650, arrive Stanstead 0810, arrive Liverpool Street station about 0930

To avoid the night at the airport you can carry on asleep westward to Brno, change platforms and go eastward to reach Bratislava early. Czech fares are low, so you pay perhaps 35 euros for travel, and 40 for a sleeper in a three berth compartment, total 75. Budapest Keleti 1945, sleeping car express, Brno 0225 to 0234, Bratislava main station 0454, taxi, fly 0650, arrive Stanstead 0810, arrive Liverpool Street station about 0930.

Ben,

Isn't your suggestion a little complicated compared to taking SkyEurope directly from Budapest to Paris?

hotnphoenix Jan 4th, 2007 10:28 AM

I took the skyeurope from orly to bud and it was fine. No frills, but cheap, on time and at that time about 99 euros r/t
