Does anyone have tour company suggestions for touring 2-4 chateaux in one day for 6 people in January?

both Parisvision and Cityrama have packages.

aren't they out of paris, though? We will be in Angers, and I haven't found any tour companies from Angers either, even after contacting their tourist office. We were thinking of taking the train to Tours to pick up something there.

In January the chateaux will be open limited hours - and it will get dark early. So - you really can;t do more than 2 chateaux in a day and see anything - simply no time.

And to tell you the truth we were able to do 3 chateaux only one day in June - with longer opening hours and much longer daylight. And those were 3 smaller chateaux that were quite close together. And that by car - which is obviously faster than a bus tour.

If you can find some sort of bus from Tours fine - or consider renting a car and do it yourself. but do check opening days and hours carefully.
