Anyone interested in chat? I got a Yahoo! Messenger download for another site... fun, get to chat with my daughter at the university. But, I've gone to Yahoo chats in both Scotland and Cooking ... chat is a generous term... drivel... maybe. Can we start a chat room? Anyone know how? <BR> <BR>Thoughts? <BR>

I never really knew what "chat" meant on the internet and how it works. Can someone explain?

Annon. I got a chat download from Yahoo Messenger so that I could go to the Kirkcudbright Chatroom. That didn't work, but now can "chat" with others. what it means is that we can type connect individually or collectively (a room) and type (chat) and send at the same time. It's been big fun with my daughter... do worry about asking questions! Think about it! It's fun, although the rooms I visited were stupid... Fodors may be fun!

i'd like to be in on this....can you let us know how to join in...i agree many chatlines are inane but with a specific focus forthe chat it should be fun with all these travellers. <BR>bella
