Charming hotel in Almeria

Hi.... can anyone recommend a small, charming hotel in Almeria for 80-100 euros per night? Central location, and friendly staff are key!!
Thanks! Louanne

We stayed in Almeria Gran Hotel with bancotel coupons--they even upgraded us to a suite which was on the 7th floor and had a wonderful view of the habor. It was o.k., but I wouldn't classify it as "charming". Sorry, don't know that this helps, but maybe someone else will respond.

charming? almeria?...

try www.toprural.com as i think it would be the only way to find a nice country home someone did up. otherwise i believe it is a lot of beach hotels, but not necessarily "charming".

now, cabo de gata..that is unique.

look at www.lajoyadecabodegata.com

no, but cabo de gata is very very NATURAL and a nice escape from the normal beach fare in spain.

my sister in law has a house near there.. in a small town called agua marga.

ther are alot of nice low key places around there but i have no access to names, etc.

it looks REALLY nice. good find.
Husa is a reliable chain. This one looks more luxurious than their normal 4 stars.. hope you enjoy the area.
