changing terminals at heathrow
I understand that the Express train goes to Paddington. How to go from TERMINAL 3 to Terminal 1 without walking?
|
You can't but it's a five minute walk
|
OK - 10

Ido not want to leave LHR, only go from t3 to t1 with a disable person.
|
You don't leave Heathrow Airport, it's all done through connecting tunnels.
As you have a disabled person with you contact the airline as they should be able to arrange something |
If you mentioned the Heathrow Express for a reason, it's not at T1: it's roughly half way betwen T1 and T3.
If you just want to travel between the two terminals, see http://tinyurl.com/2y7owm THere is a green help phone stand in each terminal's arrival area to summon the landside terminal-to-terminal bus. Or call 020 8745 6261 If the someone is changing planes, it might be easiest to do this airside. The airline will arrange for wheelchairs from the gate to the Flight Connections Centre, from where there's a bus to T1. |
OK - I am a bit confused. Your title says "changing terminals", but your posts askes about the HEX to Paddington. What exactly is it you are trying to do?
You second post says you don't want to leave LHR - so are you in fact only asking how to get from T-3 to T-1, or are you asking how to get to the HEX???? |

Whether you need to go from T1 to T3, Catch the Heathrow express, or simply to spit nickles ask the airline for help if you are travelling with a disabled person.
