Changing planes @LAX, how much time?

I have a US Air flt. that arrives LAX at 5:59 pm on Sunday sept. 16, I need to connect to a Swiss Flt. leaving @ 7:45 for Zurich, will I have enough time, or should I take the earlier Flt?

I've done it twice with AA & Swiss in the last 2 years and will be doing it again in April and 2 hours was enough because the AA terminal is right nextdoor to the international terminal. We sat around bored waiting as we checked everything all the way to ZRH, it was just a time cushion in case of delay. Just check with US air how far their terminal is from the International terminal.

hello richardsonsnm, here is the official website for LAX which you can review to get the details including the map which should help.

US Air is in Terminal 1 at LAX, Tom Bradley International Terminal is between Terminals 3 and 4. Are you checking your luggage through? It's an easy walk, no longer than 10 minutes, if that ... or you could take the A Bus (at the Blue stop) which takes you to all the terminals.
