Yup, there's an atm right after you come out of customs.

There is a currency change in the luggage claim area (before customs).

If you are taking the trains, there is also an ATM opposite the ticket window for the train.
But, I would try to get some cash before that because the first time I tried to use this machine was fine, but on my the second trip, it was out of commission.
