Has anyone rented a cell phone in Ireland. How did you do it? Expense? Pros & Cons?

Mobal looks good, but be carefull, the call charges are very expensive.
Incoming and National are $1.25 per min.
Calls to the US are $1.50 per min.

It would be fine though if you just wanted it for pure emergencies.

For convenience you could also rent in Ireland. Try www.rentaphone-ireland.com

Other options are to buy a phone in Ireland, or buy an Irish SIM pack for your unlocked triband phone.
